2) "Like Us" on Facebook – go to the Ellefson Builders - Home Rentals page and "Like Us" to receive Facebook notifications as homes become available.
Rent to Own Program:
Our Rent-to-Own option lets you lock in your price, move in and tell us when you are ready to close on the home. This option costs an additional $5,000. You have a 3-year window to close on the home. At the time of closing, the $5,000 option is credited toward your purchase price. Not Available for homes listed on the MLS.
Contract for Deed Options:
With $15,000 down, you can purchase any of our homes at 5.25% with a 3-year balloon. Not Available for homes listed on the MLS.
